Create Claude Skills presentations that are consistent with your brand

This post will show you how to make a custom Claude Skill that will eliminate hours of manual formatting and logo placement by automatically creating presentations that adhere to your company's brand rules. Step-by-step: Add a /resources subfolder with your logo.png file and a "Brand_Guidelines" folder with a Skill.md file that has your brand specifications (colors, fonts, and logo guidelines) in YAML format. Zip the whole Brand_Guidelines folder (on Mac/Windows, right-click → compress). Don't just zip the contents. After enabling "Code execution and file creation" in Claude Settings → Capabilities, upload your Brand_Guidelines.zip file to the Skills section. Claude is given the prompt, "Create a 10-slide PowerPoint for [topic] following our company brand guidelines with logo," and your logo positioning, colors, and fonts are automatically applied. If connected, save the presentation straight to Google Drive or download it. To ensure that Claude consistently copies your slide designs, use the prompt "match the layout style of sample_presentation.pptx" to refer to your example presentation.
